Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, the returned items must reach our warehouse within this 30-day period.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Single-serving packets and opened products are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Support at support@peaheal.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your original payment method. This period accounts for return shipping (3-9 business days), processing (4-6 business days), and bank processing times (4-9 business days).
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for unused and sealed products.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@peaheal.com to obtain an RMA number and further instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.
  • Timeframe: The product to be exchanged must reach our warehouse within 30 days from the purchase date. Items received after this period will be returned to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@peaheal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the product and ensure a replacement is sent promptly.

Limitations

        Annual Return Limit: To maintain efficient operations, we accept up to two returned orders per customer per year, excluding cases involving damaged or incorrect items.
